Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, product launches, or other high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days
- Local pickup or delivery: 1-2 business days
Order Tracking
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is sent. If tracking has not updated after that time, please contact us at onlinesales@buckdoes.com.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at onlinesales@buckdoes.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been placed or shipped.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier. If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or appears to be lost, please first check with household members and neighbors and contact the carrier.
