Shipping Policy

Orders ship within 1–3 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email.

Processing

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
• Sales, holidays, and new launches may add a day or two.

Delivery times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. After your order ships:

Tracking

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update. Still nothing after that? Email onlinesales@buckdoes.com.

Shipping address

• Double-check your address at checkout. Email us right away if it's wrong.
• We can't change an address once the order ships.
• If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address, you pay to reship it.

Lost or stolen packages

1. Check with neighbors and household members.
2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
3. Email onlinesales@buckdoes.com with your order number, and we'll help you file a carrier claim. Please don't file a claim on your own, or we won't be able to help with supporting documentation.

We aren't responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.

Damaged or wrong items

Email onlinesales@buckdoes.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.

Return & Refund Policy

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.

What can be returned

To be eligible, items must be:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date (or pickup date for local orders)
• Unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags attached
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by your order number or receipt

Final sale (not returnable)

• Gift cards
• Jewelry and accessories
• Sale or discounted items
• Personalized or custom items

How to start a return

1. Email onlinesales@buckdoes.com with your order number, the item(s) you're returning, and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.
2. Pack the item securely and include your packing slip or order number.
3. Ship it to: Buck & Doe's Mercantile ATTN: Returns 24250 US Hwy 281 N San Antonio, TX 78258

Please don't send items back to the manufacturer. For returns over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service, since we can't refund items that don't reach us.

Return shipping costs

You pay for return shipping, and original shipping charges aren't refunded. We don't deduct anything else from your refund. If we made a mistake, or the item arrived damaged or defective, we cover all shipping costs.

Refunds

We'll email you when your return arrives and let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it.

Items returned used, damaged, or missing parts (for reasons that aren't our fault) may receive a partial refund or be sent back to you.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color, request an exchange when you email us. We'll ship the new item once your return arrives, as long as it's in stock. If it isn't, we'll issue a refund instead.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit for its value. Otherwise, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
