Orders ship within 1–3 business days, and you’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Order processing
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.
- Sales, holidays, and new launches may add 1–2 business days.
- Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We aren’t responsible for delays once your order is with the carrier, including delays from weather, carrier volume, or other events outside our control.

- Orders $30 - $120 : $9 flat-rate standard shipping
- Orders $120 or more: free standard shipping

Delivery times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 1–3 business days
- Local pickup or delivery: 1–2 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable, including on returned orders.
Local pickup: We’ll email you when your order is ready. Orders not picked up within 14 days may be cancelled and issued as store credit.
Tracking
Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after you receive your tracking number. If there’s still no update after 48 hours, email onlinesales@buckdoes.com with your order number.
Shipping address
You’re responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
- If your address is wrong, email us right away. We’ll try to update it, but we can’t guarantee changes before the order ships.
- We can’t change an address once the order ships.
- We aren’t responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided.
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, you’ll pay to reship it. If you’d rather not reship, you’ll receive store credit for the item value, minus original and return shipping costs.
Lost, stolen, or undelivered packages
Our responsibility for your order ends when we hand it to the carrier. From that point, the risk of loss passes to you and the carrier is responsible for delivery. We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier, but we don’t replace or credit lost, stolen, or delayed packages except as described below.
Please contact us before filing a carrier claim on your own, so we can provide the documentation you’ll need.
Package marked delivered but missing
We aren’t responsible for packages after the carrier marks them as delivered. If you can’t find yours:
- Check around your property, your mailbox, and with neighbors or household members.
- Wait 24 hours, since carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they arrive.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
- If it still hasn’t turned up, email onlinesales@buckdoes.com with your order number within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll send documentation to support your carrier claim.
Package lost in transit
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7 business days and shows no delivery scan, email us within 14 days of your ship date. We’ll file a claim with the carrier.
- If the carrier approves the claim, we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit.
- If the carrier denies the claim, we can’t issue a replacement or credit.
Reports made after these deadlines aren’t eligible for help.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Email onlinesales@buckdoes.com within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item, the damage or defect, and the shipping box and packing materials
Please keep all packaging until your claim is resolved, since the carrier may need to inspect it. Once we confirm the issue, we’ll send a replacement and cover all shipping costs. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll refund the item to your original payment method.
Claims made after 3 days, or without photos, may not be eligible.
